"I'm sick to death of people saying we've made 11 albums that sound exactly the same. In fact we've made 12 albums that sound exactly the same." - Angus Young.

Some lovely ales conditioning in the cellar ready for the days ahead.

We have a ‘Rat-Trick’ of beers from Rat Brewery. ‘Bohemian Ratsody’ a 4.3% hoppy pale brewed with 8 hops!! ‘Iron Rat’ a 4.8% pale golden IPA brewed from a combination of high alpha American hops and finished by dry-hopping with Simcoe. Fairly dry and bitter, with intense aromas of citrus, tropical fruits and pine. ‘Top Rat’ a 5% beer that is all about hops! The Nelson Sauvin variety from New Zealand give a unique “white-winey” aroma. Bitterness is high, but balanced nicely by a residual malty sweetness.

We also have a brace of core range ales from Acorn Brewery. ‘Blonde’ a 4% beautifully balanced and refreshing pale. Barnsley Bitter a 3.8% rich chestnut malty ale.

Next up from Wensleydale we have ‘Unfinished Sympathy’ a 3.9% pale. Big hitting US hops making a full flavoured pale, citrus flavours tempered with tropical notes

Finally from Bowland Brewery we have ‘Boxer Blonde’ a 4% straw coloured ale with a gooseberry punch and ‘Buster IPA’ a 4.5% IPA with well balanced tropical undertones.

Not forgetting the always available ‘Sound Bar Shade of Pale’ at just £3.95 a pint!
