This week’s beer


A great selection in the cellar this week , featuring some unfamiliar but exceptional ales.

Titanic Plum Porter 4.9% – An infamous and strong porter that changed the sector in some ways. Combining the sweetness of plums with the more traditional hoppy flavourings of a porter. Well rounded and fruity porter.

Titanic Iceberg 4.1% – The breweries iconic pale. A clean-cut pale with a powerful finish and strong citrus aroma with hints of grapefruit.

Acorn Barnsley Bitter 3.8% – A multi-award winning bitter, chestnut in colour, well rounded and rich in flavour. Brewed with Maris Otter malt and English hops. A great British classic.

Acorn Gorlovka 6% – A beautiful (and strong) full bodied stout with deep malt and hoppy aromas with liquorice running through every sip. A must try for the dark beer lovers.

Phoenix Arizona 4.1% – A session pale brewed with Goldings hops, amber in colour with lightly spiced aromas and notes of floral and honey. Another award winning beer that delivers a perfect balance between sweetness and dry.

Phoenix Hopsack 3.8% – A fabulous session strength ale, brewed with 4 hop varieties creating a refreshing all year round tipple.

Wharfedale IPA 5.5% – An easy drinking smooth and hoppy IPA combining 5 hop varieties resulting in a strong flavour of hops, with a subtle bitter taste and caramel undertones.

Rudgate Thunder Flash 4.1% – A refreshing pale with a tropical fruity flavour.
